The Grand Kick-Off of Each of the 7 Gospel Dispensations

In LDS theology Joseph Smith is the head of the seventh and final dispensation. A dispensation, by the way, is defined as “ a period of time in which the Lord has at least one authorized servant on the earth who bears the holy priesthood and the keys, and who has a divine commission to dispense the gospel to the inhabitants of the earth.” If this is the seventh then there have been 6 dispensations that’ve come and gone already – each headed by it’s own prophet: Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Joseph Smith. There are other minor – even simultaneous dispensations, but these are the big ones. I was wondering if the prophet-calls had anything in common with each other.
